Yuck!. Food is disgusting, prices are high and service is terrible. The paper towel dispenser in the men’s restroom was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. The women’s restroom was completely out of soap. Seems like it would be hard for employees to properly wash their hands before preparing customers food. Will NEVER eat there again!

Ok not great. Went there on the 21st of August at around 3:30 they weren’t busy there were 4 of us. We have to been to another one of there restaurants in so kind of knew what to expect. This one was a little different the create your own bowls are done differently here and instead of cooking one bowl at a time the one person cooking tried to cook all 4 at once. this ended up causing 2 of ours to be burnt one so bad she had to go back and so a new bowl. The second one turned out much better. I guess we just didnt understand why he tryed doing all 4 at on e since it doesn’t take long to cook any of them. We will the server was good kept drinks filled etc. probably won’t go back for awhile we don’t live here but visit quite often .

Horrible Birthday Experience. Worst Manager I Have Ever Seen. I have eaten here before and found it pretty good. And like most people who see the advertisements everywhere I signed up for my free birthday bowl. After not receiving an email before my birthday I called and was told to come in and show my I.D. for my birthday bowl.Instead of a free bowl I got an incredibly rude manager who basically told me its not up to him to send the emails and that its his corporations fault. After asking him if he works for the corporation he told me to pay for a bowl if i want one and walked away rudely. Of course I left.I then went to Buffalo Wild Wings nearby where I had an incredibly good meal with an amazing staff. After telling the waitress it was my birthday I was even given a free three scoops of ice cream without even showing my I.D.

Alright over all. I like the choices of vegetables to choose from. I also like that you can use shredded cabbage for the starch option instead of the usual rice or pasta. Service has been good every time I have gone. The only thing I do not like is the quality of the meat there. The chicken and beef are way too fatty. I would go back but I wouldn’t get any meat in my stir-fry.

Pretty Good. Excellent food, my bowl tasted absolutely delicious. I have to agree with the other diners that the only irritating part of the restaurant is that everyone’s food get’s delivered quite a bit apart. I got my bowl, my boyfriend got his bowl a few minutes later, and we ordered off the kids menu and it took a lot longer for my kids’ food to get to the table. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly and the food was great. They even had this little tablet thingy that you could play games on while you waited for your food. My new favorite restaurant in Las Cruces despite the minor hiccups.

Poor Service – Lousy Food. In short, GG sucks. The whole system is bad. The build-a-bowl tickets should include each customer’s table number, so bowls can be grouped by table and cooked/delivered simultaneously. As it is, stir fry bowls show up one at time over a span of 20+ minutes, with each one delivered by a different person. All this makes for a chaotic atmosphere and just doesn’t work for groups of people who want to all eat TOGETHER. Also, the serving line was messy (dare I say dirty?) and the uncooked food looked unappetizing. The sauces are not labeled well, so it’s hard to put together a decent stir fry. It’s basically a shot in the dark. My bowl was light on noodles and way too heavy on garlic. My fault or theirs? Hard to say. At any rate, stir fry bowl was just okay. As for the menu items that don’t come from the stir fry grill, they taste very processed and bland. Not good. The tandoori chicken, for example, is terrible. Mine was room temp, the chicken was extremely dry, and the sauce was so mild it was practically flavorless. Awful. The potstickers are also extremely bland. All of the menu items taste very processed… like food that was previously frozen and heated up in a microwave. Not good. Finally, the service at the Las Cruces location, at least, is the worst I’ve experienced at any kind of major chain restaurant in years. Maybe the worst ever. The wait times were unreal. The first time we went there, we waited 20 mins for drinks and over an hour for our food. The second time, the staff screwed up our order, plus they brought out our orders one bowl at a time over a span of nearly 30 mins, even though we all went through the stir fry line together.I should also add the both times I ate there our servers were very inattentive when it came to refilling our drink glasses or remembering requests for things like napkins, etc. Exceptionally bad service with unacceptable wait times. Weird vibe, poorly managed, and the grill cooks were unkempt and not the kind of people you want to see preparing your food. I won’t go into detail, but man…Grade: F

Exciting and VERY different dining experince!. They serve beer, so I am always a happy camper with that. The cooks around the huge, round grill were very entertaining. The juggled the habachi sticks and put on a very interesting show, and they all looked like they loved their job! I ordered the street noodle bowl from the menu with chicken. Meat was tender, veggies were crunchy, udon noodles were yummy. I ate my entire bowl with chopsticks and that is part of the fun! The waiter was very friendly and gave excellent service. I was hesitant about making my own bowl, figuring I didn’t know enough about Oriental spices, so I simply picked a bowl from the menu. I added hot sauce and soy sauce and it was very flavorful. I had a wonderful dining experience and definitely will be going back. Next time I will be brave and build my own bowl!
