We used to go to K-Bobs in Las Cruces when it first opened,and the quality of the food and service was very bad-we just heard that the managment had changed,so my wife and I tried it again today,The service was very good and so was the food,Totally Outstanding.
Customers service. I was in tonight 1/30/15 in the las cruces Kbobs and my sever was okay but my boyfriend order a surf and turf and his steak was tough and so was his shrimp. We complained and they took a $1.90 off our bill. They couldn’t even take half off. I don’t not think we will be back in to this location again! Kathryn 5759157440
Walked in………..walked out. How this K-bobs is still open is beyond me…..Las Cruces must have alot of people that like crappy food in a crappy atmosphere…My wife and I thought we would give K=bobs a try….big mistake….the place looks like it was in a flood or worse…..the greeter gave us menus that were wet and had food left on them from previous customers….the table had crumbs all over it…..thats it time to go….There are many good restaurants in Las Cruces…..this is not one of them …..
Average food, poor service, high prices.. My family and I decided to eat here for my birthday. The building is nice and clean. However, the worst part is the service. My family and I waited 10 minutes before the waitress brought out our drinks. In addition, we ordered an appetizer and it took about 35 minutes from when we ordered for it to be brought to us. The waitress forgot to bring out my brother’s entree with our food, took about 15 extra minutes while the rest of our food became cold. She also brought out okra instead of french-fries. The food was average, nothing special about it. The mashed potatoes tasted like the kind you would get from a box, the gravy (brown) was similar to those mixes you add water to and stir. The green beans that I ordered were tough. The salad bar has a good selection, but you can only make one trip and for the price it is not worth it. One good thing is they did give me ice cream for free. However, the gave another gentleman (who also had a birthday) a cobbler with ice cream. I thought that was kind of rude. Overall I don’t think I will be going back.
When KBOBS opened my mother and I decided to try it out and waited way too long for our food. We grew inpatient and came close to walking out. My brother came into town and wanted to try it so we all decided to go despite our previous experience. To our surprise we were promptly greeted by none other than the general manager herself who seated us and got our waitress immediately. We all decided on the chicken fried steak and salad bar. The food was delicious and came to our table just in time as we finished our salads. The waitress Jessica was amazing and anticipated our every need. Our glasses were never left empty. Towards the end of the meal the general manager came back to our table to check on us. We expressed how happy we were with this visit and the experience we had before. She apologized and offered us desert. We had a delicious peach cobbler that we all shared. I am truly glad we gave KBOBS another shot . The staff there now is unbelievable and we will be returning often.
Food good but….. It was Sunday and family had gotten out of church. We were craving something different and decided to try K-Bob’s. Well when we first entered we were greeted greatly and then….our waitress came. She got our drink order and then we asked her to give us a few minutes. Usually waiters wait 5 minutes and comeback this waiter waited only 2 minutes and came back, she was rushing us to order. Then she left, i went to the restroom with my son to wash our hands. I was held up because I had bumped into a few people i recognized. But when I got back to my table our food was served and it was a very large good portion. As I sat down the waiter just came by and left us the bill already!!!!!!!!!!!! She didn’t ask us if we needed anything else, or if we needed refills. I usually dont complain because i know how hard it can be to be a waitress I was there once in my life but I did a much better job on my first day then this girl. Customer service impacts a business greatly! I was very dissatisfied with the service. I usually leave a good $8-10 tip for the places I go to but this little girl who was our waitress rushed us out the door. I only left a $3 tip which i think she didn’t even deserve because she didn’t even smile….i dont think i will be coming back for a while. So beware of the little thin girl who never smiles and her names starts with a Z. I dont remember it because it was such a odd name.
Very Disappointed in Service!!. I met my boyfriend and friends for my lunch hour and ordered of the lunch menu. I got the salad bar and an entre. We had been waiting for almost an hour. I had asked the waitress to put mine to go because I know I wouldn’t have time to eat because it had taken so long. When she returned she had the food and brought me a box and said she couldn’t remember which one was mine. So fine but everyone ended up getting their order except me I waited 10 more minutes when finely I had to leave without my food. And to top it off my boyfriends fish was raw inside. Very bad service I am not ever going to go there again.
