Been eating at Los Mariachis for years. Although I miss the Mesilla location (more local flavor, but parking was always a challenge), the menu and fare remain consistently good at their new venue. Still the best (to my taste) huevos rancheros in southern New Mexico…
Bad customer service. I went to the restaurant on Monday and when I made a complaint about the food and that I would like to talk to the manager/owner, the shift lead say that she is the only person that can talk to them. She then proceeded to be argumentative saying that I was the problem. Never again will I go to a place that will argue with a customer.
I had the worst service at this resturant. When we ordered I didn’t know that the fajita burrito had beans in it I took one bite and ask the mannager if I could get another burrito without beans. Instead of having good customer service this mannager grabbed the menu to show me that it said on the menu it had beans in it and refused to make the situation better. I suggest driving a little further and going to a resturant that cares about their guests!

First time eating here with my family…the waitress was really rude and provided terrible customer service. We had to ask others for help because she was not available to help us. Not only that but there was a bug in my brothers drink, when we let the waitress know she did not seem to care. When we got our separate tickets we were charged a gratuity for 5 people! When we spoke to the manager about it she said we had to pay gratuity…I was especially offended when we told her that we had to pay the gratuity even after we mentioned the bug in the drink. I do NOT recommend eating here, there are other friendly and much more sanitary Mexican restaurants in Las Cruces…
This place was amazing. Service was fast. Friendly servers. Food was finger licking good. I might just become a regular here!
Wow, Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant! After 15 min of sitting at a table we were finally greeted, our appetizer took an additional 20 min to recieve and after waiting an hour the waitress had to retake our order because she forgot to turn it in. 2 hours later we left with stomaches filled with medioacre food and a lot of wasted time. We will not be returning here.
