A CLASSIC OLD TIME DINER-STYLE EATERYSold and now under a new name in 2019.The Old Town Diner has that 1950’s America feel to it except for the fact that it is run by Mexicans and offers a lot of Mexican food. The place is clean and bright inside with a lot of comfortable booths. NOTHING FANCY BUT COMFORTABLE ENOUGH. The service is adequate and the prices reasonable. It has a loyal following.The menu is broad but at the end of the day the food served by Old Town remains very average. This is best thought of as a neighborhood eatery. It is ok but not a place to go out of your way for. I probably will not return to dine. What for? The Old Town just doesn’t have an attraction for me.Restaurant rating = THREE-AND-A HALF STARS……meaning, a bit above average (or above a fast food joint) but not close to good regarding the total dining experience. If passing by and you stop in….it’s ok
