  SOME GIVE IT FIVE STARS AND SOME GIVE IT ONE. COME ON FOLKS, LET’S GET REAL.I have dined at the Panda Buffet four or five times over the past few years and always found it ok. They are still in business and they have a number of repeat customers. Considering how many restaurants open and close within a year…..they must be doing something right at the Panda Buffet.This retaurant is on the smaller side. It is clean and has a number of comfortable booths. On my visit of April 2019 I found the booths in good repair. The service was efficient and very friendly. The number of food selections is not as great as some larger places but the selections are well balanced. They offer beef and broccoli, honey chicken, some seafood, bbq pork on skewers, orange chicken, regular white rice, fried rice, and lo mein noodles. They also offer some fruit, soup, and a few desserts. Overall, I found the food to be pretty good but nothing exceptional. There seemed to be a lot of oil in the bottom of the buffet pans…..they must cook with a lot of oil in their woks. The orange chicken had a citrus taste to it and it needed a little sweetener, but otherwise the food was fine. For the lunch buffet I paid around $6.50 including tax……one of the best deals around town for the money. Hard to beat. That goes a long way in explaining why they are still in business. Good food at a great price.What to expect if you go: A small but comfortable place for dining, a balanced selection of food items, overall fairly well prepared dishes, very friendly service, and good value for the money. Nothing exceptional found here (this is a buffet after all) but the food is not bad. This place is less expensive than the chain Panda Express joints and you get more food for the money and food that is better prepared.Restaurant rating = THREE-AND-A-HALF STARS…….meaning, above average for the total experience. Beats most of the fast food and chain Chinese joints. Will I go again? I will….now and then.

  Food sucks and employee were rude.. Food was not fresh at all, it look liked its been their for a couple of hour. The Chinese hostess man would walk around to the serving place and actually stare (look intently) at your plate to see how much food you have in your plate and start talking in his native language then walked straight to the kitchen. A couple minutes later cook came out and started to stare at your face in a rude way. A minute later the server come to our table and asked if we are still getting some more food and put our bill in the table. Food is not authenticated Chinese food it’s same food that you see in Panda Express except Panda Express food is a lot fresher. I would never in my life recommend this place to eat. FOOD IS SUCKS and SERVICE IS SUCKS which made it more unpleasant. When me, my husband, and 3 years girl finally got up in the front to pay, the hostess, same person that started to stare how much food you have in your plate and talked in his native language a has a nerve to asked me if everything is okay. Lucky me my grandfather is Chinese and I DO understand the language.

  Food was very good and fresh, frequently changed out. Loved the egg rolls. Stay away from the desserts though, canned pudding and hard jello.
