A company striving for excellence. I was not happy about one branch of pizza hut and reported to the headquarter. Then quickly I was contacted via phone to learn what happened and find a way to address the situation. I am very happy for this company’s striving for excellence and stick to the principle to make customerssatisfied. Thanks sincerely to pizza hut for your excellent service
ITS PIZZA HUT. This Pizza Hut removed its salad bar a year or so ago…probably just as well. The ambiance is your typical Pizza Hut…with a number of booths down the sides and tables in the middle. I seems reasonably clean, but I have been in there when the trash left by diners was not quickly removed from the tables. Give the ambiance a B-. The service seems polite and they get the job done. Rate it a B. **************HOWEVER…..In August 2012 as I was sitting there waiting on a pizza I had just ordered so I could take it home….a very nice employee asked me if I would like something to drink on this hot day as I waited for my pizza. Her concern and thoughtfulness were very much appreciated. This sort of thing speaks volumes about the people working at this Pizza Hut. They are to be commended.************* The food is your typical Pizza Hut fare. I do enjoy their pizza but the pizza is far from top notch. The sandwiches, wings, and calzones are ok. Rate the food generally a B to B-. It is not bad for the price…especially when they have the $10.00 pizza thing going on. This place is ok if you are carbo-loading with the family, but it doesn’t have the pizzazz of Dion’s or Peter Piper. The pizza, of course, doesn’t stack up to Zeffiro’s. This restaurant never seems to be busy when I’ve been there. Overall, rate it THREE STARS.(Most of their business seems to be takeout on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. A lot of people must like the pizza because on those evening they do a whale of a pickup and takeout business.)
