Nothing is gluten free. I must eat gluten free. I took my family to Red Lobster for a Sunday night dinner. When I asked what I could eat there that was gluten free, the waitress called for the manager. The manager advised me they have nothing that was gluten free. We left and won’t be back for any reason. If you must eat gluten free, don’t even consider Red Lobster.
They tried, and were gracious. I had a dish today at Red Lobster that was really…well…not good. I was in a good mood (and I’m a kind person) but when asked about it said that next time I’d order something else. A ‘floating’ hostess came and insisted on removing the entree from my bill: that was the ‘right thing’, of course, yet unexpected, and I appreciated it. We in the desert LONG for good seafood and I’ll keep trying Red Lobster and seeking something satisfying…especially since they are sensitive to customer feedback, and that they are professional in response to customers.
Very nice compared to other red lobsters I’ve been to. Professional staff, food was very hot and fresh.
Excellent service!. I came here recently with a friend for lunch. My friend ordered fish and chips and I ordered the choose your own feast with the shrimp alfredo and the stuffed flounder. On the side, a salad and a baked potato with the lobster sauce on the potato. The lobster sauce is to die for, I would recommend to anyone who has yet to try it. It is also amazing on the mashed potatoes. The alfredo clearly had been sitting under a heat lamp or had been microwaved before it was brought to the table because the sauce had completely separated and was a pool of butter underneath the noodles. I asked the server for a side of alfredo sauce and she offered to bring me a new shrimp alfredo completely. I was happy with just the side of sauce. The manager came by shortly after an apologized for the alfredo and comped my entire meal. We all know what red lobster food tastes like because it is a chain restaurant. This particular location stands out for the management’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I will be back to this location again knowing that customer satisfaction is such a high priority.
Way over rated!!. I eat @ red lobster 4 good sea food but place just not as good as it looks i dont know why i keep going there lmfao !!
Not enough food for the 60 dollar tab my husband and I paid for ourselves and 2 young daughters. We left not nearly as full as we would have expected. Prices should be altered or more food served.
Too Expensive. We’ve had good and bad at this Red Lobster location. We no longer frequent it due to the fact that their prices are outragous!
