Never again! I spent over $50 to get our fix when visiting from out of state. They failed to complete my order & when I realized it and called they told me it was in the bag and there was nothing they could do. Now that’s customer service. NOT!!!

Saving lives!. So tonight my very old 14yo dog feel into the pool my younger brother who happened to be walking by the sliding glass door towards the kitchen saw him slip in and managed to run out and grab him as he sunk like a stone. Why was my younger brother going to the kitchen..? To reheat his Roberto’s green burrito…. a Roberto’s burrito saved my dogs life! So thank you Roberto’s!
We ordered some tacos, tamales and a taco plate. 45 minutes later, we didn’t have our food. They put our food together upon complaint and called our number but didn’t provide any tamales. The counter lady acted as if the order was complete. When ordering, we were told they only had red tamales so we had ordered 4 but on pickup were told they only had green tamales. We had the manager involved at this point and were about to get a refund and leave but were too hungry. After waiting 50 minutes for a simple order, the manager heated up some of the ordered tamales plus 2 free ones to complete our order. The tacos were average. The tamales I like and would say are above average. The price is cheap so they are busy. For the price, I think the value to taste is very good. Try it out but not if you are in a hurry. They were very busy but are apparently always busy.

Overall the food is great. Customer service is horrible. Unfriendly staff and slow drive-thru service. There are better options.
