Literally the best pizza I have ever had. The bread wasn’t so fabulous but I will definitely be stopping here my next time through.
Great pizza!. First I stopped at their affiliate restaurant, Main Street Bistro and Alehouse, to have a couple of draft micro-brewed beers (so refreshing). Just a short walk around the corner I had my taste buds set on a pizza that many have suggested I try at Zeffiro’s Pizzeria. I ordered a fennel sausage, mushroom, and onion pizza. So delicious! The sausage had a very special flavor, and everything was cooked perfectly. The crust was thin (the way I like it) and crispy. All the toppings complimented each other in harmony. I had good service, and the waitress was friendly. The place is very casual, so I dined in a relaxed atmosphere!
Good, mostly.. Generally quite good. Service can be slow and turnover seems high. The salads and fresh bread are very nice, and the pizza is consistently good. Avoid the Cuban sandwich if you like Cubans. It’s described as traditional, but they leave off the pickles and mustard. Try the prosciutto and asparagus panini instead – a much better sandwich.
Great pizza, reasonably priced, good ambiance, excellent service. Oh and the homemade bread, wow!
5 out of 5 stars!!! I have been in town on business for over a week and discovered Zeffiro the last half. Everything is fantastic!
Excellent Pizza. Having spent a month in Italy, I can say that this pizza is far and away the closest to authentic pizza I have found in Las Cruces. Their pasta is good– nothing too special. I have not tried their sandwiches and their desserts are again nothing special. You should come here for the pizza and to grab a baguette on your way out for some excellent sandwiches/dipping bread, etc. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the product. Expect to pay about 10 bucks a head, unless you’re being frugal in which case you can split a large with a friend for about 6 bucks each.
Authentic!. This is the best pizza in Las Cruces, the best I have had in years! Their breads are great too.
