Great, traditional New Mexico dishes and an expansive menu to please every diner. Love the red chile and the homemade flour tortillas are not to be missed. It’s where the locals eat.
We can see why so many flock to Charlie’s Cafe. Fresh tortillas, excellent huevos rancheros with a side of fantastic potatoes. Portions are healthy so no room for the delectable-looking pastries on display but from the long lines to purchase them, they must be wonderful.

A friendly diner with amazing looking baked goods. It was recommended by The Skillet restaurant when came through a couple days ago. Glad we came in. Chorizo Skillet was amazing. Lots of police in here, do must be good.
There is always a friendly face to greet and serve you. The food is delicious. It is the best representative of Las Vegas, NM’s character–genuine and sincere.
