Wonderful atmosphere, mediocre service (server never refilled drinks), rice has no fragrance and tastes bland. Entree was definitely spicy, which is a plus, but flavors didn’t stand out. Portions are what you’d expect for the price and maybe slightly less. I’d come back for the atmosphere but not so much for the food.
