My son and I went to the drive thru of this location last night. We were literally in line for 40 minutes! Had I not been stuck in between other vehicles I would’ve left. Once we finally got to the speaker to order, no one was there to take the order so we proceeded to the window where they did finally take our order, the employee in the drive thru complained the ENTIRE time we were there (at least 10 minutes) of how busy they were and it was time to close. When they gave us our order, I was told they didn’t have Dr. Pepper, but the money was not refunded for not getting a drink. This location is VERY poorly run, it’s a shame we have enjoyed Bob’s Burgers for years but won’t ever go to this location again.

Getting More and More Disappointed!!!!!!. The food is great but the service through drive up is terrible. I have had to wait about 30 minutes several times that I have gone through. I usually call my order in so it is usually ready and usually only for two people. I have suggested having people with large orders pull up or park and wait for their order or have a order limit for drive up but it is apparent that these suggestions are not taken to heart or conveyed to management. This last time when I tried suggesting this the teenage girl just brushed me off and said it was not her fault. I told her I was not blaming her but only trying to suggest something that would improve customer service. She shut the while I was in mid sentence. Management definitely needs to get involved and provide some customer service training if they would like to keep their customers coming.
This location is the worst! I have been a frequent customer of bobs all my life, it’s become a family tradition almost. I’ve also lived in the north valley all my life, the did at this location USED to be GREAT ! It’s absolutely horrible now! I don’t if you can blame it on the cooks management or addition of drive up window, but the quality is poor! Green Chile no longer has any flavor, sometimes taco burgers don’t even have chile on them! Fries are AiLWAYS cold. The only thing that is still decent is their chile dogs.. I highly recommend the location on Central and Atrisco if you want the flavor of the original Bobs!
