We went for dinner at about 7 on a Saturday night. They were busy, it was very noisy. The appetizers were the best part of the meal. The food was typical chain steakhouse. It was good, but nothing great. All 4 of our baked potatoes were cool, not cold, that was disappointing. We won’t be making this restaurant a regular stop.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Volcano Vista High School was planning on going to eat here, with over 20 people before our State Senate competition. The manager was extremely rude with our activities director and refused to bring in extra staff to come accommodate us. Being this is a high school, it seems one, he doesn’t want the profit coming from our school. Volcano Vista is one of the largest and fastest growing high schools in the state, with over 2300 students and 200 staff members. Word of mouth of how rude the manager and their customer service will go a long way. Volcano Vista will no longer be attending seeing that the restaurant doesn’t support more profit and simply doesn’t like kids. I would highly recommend for those going groups to not attend, they will not accommodate you and instead of treating you like a customer, you will be treated as a nuisance.

Very good steak, cooked exactly right. That is not that common in Albuquerque. It is a new location so the staff is still learning, but they are friendly and attentive.
No thanks. Worst place I’ve eaten in a long time. The only thing worse than the food is the service. This is an embarrassing blight on our city.
I wasn’t sure of the establishment and given its recent opening and only one review.I can say with certainty our meals were perfect for all four of us.Two salmon, one filet (med) and one sirloin (rare) were perfect.The waitress was attentive and provided politely to our needs.I will go back.We went early (5pm)and stayed late.If you want quality on the west side , give Longhorn a go.
Disappointed… food quality and service. Went here to get a late night dinner for two. Decided to share the wedge salad and ribeye. Wedge was small and ok. Ribeye was the smallest I’ve ever seen, undercooked, and cold. After flagging down an employee, they sent our server over, and he offered to put it back on the flame. It was so small that one steak each wouldn’t have been enough for one person. For the high price of this steak, extremely disappointed. The restaurant was still hopping around 9 when we finished yet the servers were acting like the lunch rush was over. Manager watched us asking the first person we stopped and he went the other way. He arrived at the end to offer us free dessert. Really… he should have jumped to come over to our table seeing we obviously had a problem with our food….
