Genuine NY Bagels. Nothing fancy, but nicely made. Breakfast sandwiches and in particular, their Roast Beef sandwich are definitely enhanced by their tasty creations. The atmosphere is very low-key and the staff, unfortunately, run hot and cold. They seem to hire staff who do their job without a great deal of flare or charm. I’m not a real regular, so maybe they’re friendlier if you stop by every day. Get your order to go and enjoy the taste at the park or home.

Poor service. I have not been in this store for at least 10 years, I don’t plan on going back anytime soon. Main reason: 2 of the most unfriendly twins planted at the counter. Family business or not, smile or do not do front of the house customer service. If you are family, and you love your family, then quit. They both treated me as if I was wasting their time and they wanted to be anywhere but there. Bagels were ok but not amazing, add the customer service to that, equals a non-returning customer.
YUM. Fresh, delicious, traditionally made bagels. They (rarely, and not yet found in NM) are made as good as this. GO!(CASH only, no credit!)
NY Style Deli Bakery. In today’s fast food driven economy the Bagel Deli Bakery holds it own. Their Fresh Daily real boiled bagels are great. Locally owned family operated business.
The bagel is a delightful Place to eat lunch. The sandwiches are priced fairly and are very good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The previous two reviews are a tad harsh – it’s not a fancy, worldly place. It’s a small, quaint restaurant with a solid offering of great baked goods.
