We have been going to the Enchanted Hills Dions for a couple of years. The past couple of months the quality of the pizzas has dramatically decreased. So much so that I don’t think we will be visiting again [for a while]. Not sure what the misstep is, but I hope it can be remedied soon!
Yummy food, Fun for Kids, Incredible Service!. Not only was the food and service great, but the manager went above and beyond in order to help us out. I lost something while in the restaurant and had been running in and out of the restaurant trying to find it. He noticed us outside and came out to offer his help. He then searched the restaurant with me (even going through the trash) and ultimately found my missing bag. I believe he told me his name was John (I’m sorry that slipped out of my head!) Thank you so much for exceptional customer service. The kids also LOVED watching the food get made.
