Eat out every-night. Wanted to make Federico’s Rio Rancho my Sunday go to. 9/3/2017 they could not understand what no pico add cabbage meant. Not only was the Carne Asada burrito without cabbage it was so greasy it was disgusting. Even my billy goat gut could not stomach it. The other burrito ordered was not great either. 9/10/17 did not want to, but decided to give them another chance. My mistake, Carne Asada had pico and cabbage, Carnitos burrito seemed to have a leak in it and did not taste fresh. Have never been obnoxious to these servers and yet it seems as if they do not want me back. I WILL NOT BE BACK. I DO NOT BUY TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. MAKE IT RIGHT!!.

Late night goodies. Federico’s save the day (night) again with a great Adovada Burrito. Wouldn’t say their food is award-winning, just really good tasty street-style mexican.
Really good food, a bit pricey. I’ve been a fan of Federico’s for a few years now. The food has always been very good. I particularly recommend the pollo asado burrito (although occasionally it’s been a little too salty, maybe it depends on the cook), the New Mexico burrito, and the chorizo special burrito. My wife really likes the chicken tacos.Service is about average. Drive-through can be a little slow at times. I like to call in my order ahead of time but the last two times I’ve noticed they didn’t start making it until I arrived even though I gave them a time estimate when I placed the order.Over the past two years I’ve noticed they’ve increased their prices quite a bit. I know inflation happens, but they’ve raised their prices enough that it’s really caught my attention. Whereas before I would have rated them an extremely good value in terms of price to quality, now I would say they’re better than average.
MMMMMM. Huge Carne Asada Burrito with that fresh pico & guac is one of our fravorites. The fish tacos and a Horchata hit the spot on our other visits. We like. Quick and friendly drive through service is a plus. Unless the person in front of you does something crazy with their order…lol
