TERRIBLE. Slowest, most unorganized, IHOP in the world! I think the mgr at this IHOP puts ads out for the worst, slowest waitstaff and then hires them all! Sat there for 25 min with my son before a waiter/waitress even acknowledged we were there…food is mediocre at best and it truly is just the slowest, have no care in the world staff I’ve ever seen! Please shutdown and never reopen!
Noisy setup. Simply had to yell at eachother as it’s a large room with no separation.Food passable, but not great like the other IHOP a few miles away
Horrible service. Damaging the IHOP name. Will never go to this location again. Waitress dipped her finger in my side of chilie in front of us and never brought a replacement, hurried us out of our table. I can imagine what goes on inside the kitchen.
Terrible. Now very many people there waited a very long time for the food. My chicken fired steak I could barely cut with the knife it was so over cooked. Grandsons hamburger was burned.
BEST SERVICE AT AN IHOP. We went in on a Sunday morning and of course just like every other Breakfast restaurant there was a wait but the manager kept us busy with the coffee that he offered and didn’t notice how long we really waited. Our server Keri was exceptional. This location has made quite a few Promising changes since there open. Noticed the manager was quite young but he seemed to be on top of his game. All the employees greeted us with smiles enter/exit. The restaurant was so remarkably clean considering the amount of business. We will definitely go back
Service was bad, ordered food then waitress was MIA. Took approximately 20-25 minutes to get it in an empty restaurant after asking another waitress about our food. The worst part tables remained unbused for the entire time we were there. Never again will we go to an iHop…very poorly run
Over-all. Initial service was fine, downhill from there. i ordered an item, and wasn’t told it wasn’t available, until my entire order was delivered. ate at this location 2 days in a row. had to wait over 5 minutes to pay bill both times, (even though there was no one ahead of us.) because your server is the only person allowed to accept your money. way understaffed. asked for eggs to be put on top of hash browns, didn’t happen at either visit. no ash tray or trash receptacle at entrance. thinking about not returning to this location.
