Ridiculously inept service. Took a party of 4 here on 11/07/14 about 645pm. We were served drinks immediately, received one round of refills & were so busy enjoying our conversation that we finally noticed it was 745pm. It took another 10 minutes to find our server & inquiry about our food. He then told us our order Never Printed Out for the kitchen!! I said cancel & would we have to pay for our coffee /waters. They handed me a check for 7.83 & said hope we come back. The worst experience EVER. Hell will freeze over before I ever eat @ any I-Hop.
