Great. First time at this restaurant we were very impressed with the food and service. We will be back.keep up the good work
Really like it. I seem to get the same thing each time because I love it that much. (#40 Lemongrass Tofu with noodles). Staff is kind and service is fast. This has become my fav place surpassing TAO which is also good and kind. Least fav is the PHo Bar in Rio Rancho where your guaranteed bad food and service.

Phenomenal. Wife and I tried it on a date night a few Fridays ago based on the reviews. We got there at 8:30 (they close at 9) but at no time did we feel rushed. Quite the opposite; the staff was very friendly and attentive.My wife had the #46 (steamed vermicelli with grilled onion beef) and a young coconut shake. I had the #13 (rare beef pho) and Thai iced tea with tapioca. These were all per a recommendation by another reviewer.The food was very, very good. It was fresh. My wife loved her food and drink. I tasted it and also thought it was very good.I enjoyed my pho so much; the beef in the soup was cooked rare to perfection when it arrived and as it lingered in the soup it slowly finished cooking. It was very tender. The thai iced tea complemented the food very well; it contrasted quite nicely on my palate (although next time I’ll try it without the tapioca).We immediately decided this is going to be one of our regular places (along with Namaste and a few others). The food was top-notch and the service was excellent.
Delicious. A co-worked recommended Saigon 2 in Rio Rancho. I ordered three things off of the menu and it was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the pho, #9, #61, and #69–I will be a weekly/biweekley customer =)
I have been going to Saigon Restaurant for years with my family and was so excited when Vicky launched Saigon 2 in Rio Rancho. Vicky, her family, and the rest of the staff offer great service and are all so kind. Vicky is super helpful and friendly too! As for the food…it is incredible! I crave Saigon pretty often and have never been disappointed!
