We love the Village Inns in El Paso but we went with a large group ( December 2016) and you can tell how good the food is by how much food is left behind…. almost all of us left all our plates full… I hope the cook gets it! and learns how to make pancakes that are not an inch thick and learns how to make huevos rancheros by not smearing beans all over the plate…. that is not how they are made in El Paso…. owning two restaurants here in El Paso I still feel like talking to the manager or owner just to let them know but sometimes their reactions aren’t up for the criticism…Called with my concerns to speak with a manager… was told he was not on duty but will return my call… he never did so my review stands
Love it!! Have been going for breakfast sense we moved to Rio Rancho. The food is alwsys yummy and hot. The servers are all nice and professional. Our Favorite Waitress is Michelle she will go out of her way to make your dinning experience awesome! I would recommend this restaurant.
Good food Good peolple. I don’t know about all the other reviews or if management changed hands since the last review in 2011 but my experience and my friends experience over this last year have been excellent at this location!The place is clean,runs smoothly and is professional.They hit the time standards and all staff is aware of any guest needs.The food is presented well and is not greasy.I have been in the business all my life and would be proud to work at this location from what i have seen!
Cold food heaven. As long as you you like your food cold, you’ll love this place. Every time we go, food goes back.
Great food especially the pancakes. Usually packed on weekends and as the food is actually cooked on site it can take time to get your food. But it arrives hot and satisfying. For a treat try a slice of pie.
