Food is good, location is also good.. I used to come here almost weekly when I lived in Los Alamos. The food is always good. The new owner is also taking the restaurant to a new level with multiple events including wine tasting and jazz night. It’s nice to see that they have so much more going on and I like that the new owner seems to have revived the passion. It also seems to be one of the only restaurants in town that hasn’t allowed their quality to go down due to the economy.Overall, the food is awesome. Service is good, ambiance is nice. Absolutely one of the only worthwhile restaurants in Los Alamos.

Food is good and servers are nice. Prices make it hard to go often. Have to go every 2-3 months. Need a better children’s menu

Worth a Weekly Visit. Our weekly Saturday night out spot, the staff is friendly and personable, the service is great, and the food is fantastic. I love their varied menu, and the daily specials that keep you from getting into a rut. You can tell that the cooks and wait staff enjoy what they do and are enthusiastic about each new dish they present, and with that kind of attitude you’re already half way to the promised good meal. We always feel like we get our money’s worth and then some. I’m especially fond of their fresh squeezed lemonade and the chocolate mousse for dessert!

No bueno. The waitress took a really long time doing everything, even though it wasn’t too busy. My parents were super hungry so the long wait was especially maddening to them. At least she was pleasant.I got the grilled salmon over Greek salad. First, the salad was super soaked with dressing and was pretty much lettuce, too much cheap feta, and two cherry tomatoes. And the salmon was so over cooked, i picked it up by it’s edge and shook it. it didn’t even wiggle. tried a bit and was totally grossed out. it was the first time i ever sent food back. it came back cooked the right amount, but the fish itself was really plain. nothing at all on it, not even some butter or olive oil or salt, i wanted to ask for lemon but i didn’t see the waitress again for a while. super lame experience. my boyfriend’s chicken breast with bacon, guac, n cheese was good, kinda hard to mess that up though. my dad said his chicken was cold in the middle. sadly, this place can get away with charging almost 20 bucks for a really bad salad just because there aren’t a lot of options in los alamos. opt for the chinese buffet, or maybe the hill diner.

Stopped in for quick lunch following hike. The service was good, atmosphere quaint and food was great. The portions were a bit gargantuan. Going back tonight.

Only place in LA you can take your wife for her birthday. But that ain’t saying much.
