We ate at Viola’s this morning for breakfast. Both the food and service were excellent. The wait staff was very attentive, the coffee hot. The red chile on the Huevos Rancheros had just enough spice that it wasn’t over powering. Definitely recommend this restaurant when visiting Los Alamos
Huevos Rancheros!. I love going for breakfast for the huevos rancheros. Absolutely the best in Los Alamos. I’m sad that I moved out of town because I have yet to find anything as good. The service is good and my iced tea is consistently full. Absolutely an awesome joint for breakfast. Lunch, I’m not sure because I haven’t tried it. But I’m more than pleased with breakfast.
Best of LA. Just pick a seat and hope for the veteran wait staff instead of a noob as this is the only thing that could lead to anything but the best experience in L.A.! The food is fast and by far the best NM style for miles and miles. I recommend the Huevos just before the switch to lunch so you can score potatoes and beef. Plus if you hang for a bit they’ll even hook you up with some Sopapillas. Oh My one and only true complaint, the iced tea is pretty bitter.
Located in the old KFC. Fast and decent.
