I have been here several times over the years and I am a local who knows good Albuquerque food and I have never been impressed with the food here. It is ok but if you are going to visit the museum your best bet is to eat before or after at another place. My recent visit was for an early lunch on a Friday and I was a little surprised at how the prices had gone up since my last visit. Charging $14 for a turkey sandwich is a little high, and the burger starts at $13 andthat’s before you add toppings. It could very easily turn into a $18 dollar burger by the time you are done. The food was ok but I think locals should stay away from this tourist trap.

Denver omlete. The omelet was server to me with the green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and red peppers on the bottom. Then there was an egg on looks scrampled. Its was okay but very greasy. The waitress was not attentive. Had to ask for our utensils. She didn’t give us a chance to sit Down and look at the menu she just rushed us. Then our cup of coffee was dirty drank half of it and I notice a brown crust on the inside of the cup.

Won’t be back, dont recommend it. The service was slow, had to ask a different waiter for sweetener for coffee, get up myself to get silverware and then. Then waited way to long to get a check. The food was nothing special and thr coffee too strong. What a shame as the building is lovely. Great idea poor execution. Needs management.

It Goes Back and Forth. I do love the food here. If you are going for dinner, the blue corn fried chicken is amazing. You’ll want to lick the plate – I always do. If you are going for breakfast, get the blue corn atole. You’ll thank me later. But the service – what is up with it? Sometimes we will have fantastic service. Other times we have been left hungry and without drink refills for over an hour. The service is very unpredictable and it is a gamble each time. The food is worth it – but make sure you go on a day when your patience is strong.

Over rated :(. Great atmosphere. I ordered the Tiwa taco plate after I was told by the waitress it was the most popular. I recieved a large paper thin frybread cracker covered with flavorless taco meat and beans. our group ordered a mix of the menu and it took sooo long to get our food and we all thought the food was sub par. It was like eating out of a dumpster in the middle of Carnegie Hall. Don’t come here if you are hungry, the wait time and lack of interest from the staff will leave you with a stomach ache.
