I will never eat at Benny’s II again. I’ve eaten at Benny’s in Bosque Farms for nearly 20 years, and have never been treated poorly like I was at Benny’s II in Los Lunas. The food in Bosque Farms is much more palatable and the service is exemplary. Benny’s II, take a lesson from the staff at the original Benny’s and treat your patrons with a modicum of respect.
To all of you who had the owner be really mean to, i apologize. Bennys II is my family restaurant and my aunt is the owner. The original Bennys has better food in my opinion.
The Benny Burger is my favorite and also the taquito special. The service isn’t always the best but the people are friendly.
I will NEVER order from Benny’s II again. I just ordered a large order for a family of 8 an they forgot some items I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a large order and sometimes things can get confusing. First of all they told me it will take 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready and 30 minutes later it was ready. As I was driving off I was checking my order and noticed my daughters burrito missing so I called. A worker Yvonne got on the phone and told me to check it again she bagged the items and she knew she put it in the bag. I checked it for the third time and still no burrito. I told her this as she insisted it was in there. Pretty much she was calling me a liar and acted like I wanted to rip off a burrito from them! After I hung up on her I called back to get her name and she laughed in my face telling me she’s the manager and that her family is the owner. What kind of customer service is that!!! Never again will Benny’s II get my business crappy customer service and attitude!! Very dissatisfied customer!
HORRIBLE!!!. We had been expecting better food. Whoever said their fried burritos were great apparently has never had truly good Mexican food. Just didn’t live up to some of its reviews.
Best fried burritos! I’ve never tasted anything so good! Ground beef & potato wrapped up in a tortilla – deep fried! Then smothered with green or red chile, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream & guacamole. We drive from Albuquerque just for their fried burritos. Don’t forget to order a side of their sweet corn rolls. Amazing!!
Worst carne adovada I’ve ever had! Dry, flavorless, and not good. Won’t be back.
