Worst $67 dinner for two in Albuquerque. Ick. Save your money.
Great seafood. Excellent seafood boil for being in ABQ! Went here once, and attempted to dine here again, but a series of unfortunate events has prevented us from coming here. 1) Attempted to arrive early but there was a huge accident on the road leading to the restaurant, so had to go all the way around and by the time we arrived there was an hour long wait 2) Attempted to come here but when we arrived the power was out! Excellent flavors and seafood.
Only seafood place for me!. I love this place. The down and dirty medium sauce is the best for any seafood combination you get. There is NO comparison to crackin’ crab. Down ‘n Dirty is better even without the alcohol.
Good just like cracking crab. Its exactly like cracking crab, just doesn’t serve beer.
Nothing like it in Abq. King crab legs were the best I have ever had. I ordered it with the garlic butter sauce at the medium spicy level. Alligator and calamari were a 4 outta 5 and the chicken basket was decent. I tried the scallops and they were great! I am not a huge fan of the seating lay out, or the restaurant location. The wait was building up as we were eating, so I suggest getting there before 7. I feel that this place will outgrow its current location pretty soon. I plan on making it a regular place to eat. Thanks.
The wait sucks.. Food is amazing, the hour and 45 minute wait sucked. If they served alcohol and had heaters on the patio or took reservations that would be appreciated.
Well cooked food weight sold was not right. My wife and i had dinner there on saturday. Meal was well prepared. My only complaint was we bought 1 pound of snow crab and were only given about 1/4lbs. A single snow crab cluster (crab must have recently molted so the legs were pretty much hollow) was provided. When we inquired we were told that shell weight was part of the sold weight. Unfortunately for the waitress, we know seafood (both fisheries professionals from the pacific northwest) and what to expect for sold weight. Other than feeling ripped off by the sold weight of snow crab the meal was well prepared. Most people in nm dont know what to expect but we do and unfortunately this made us feel bummed out (being ripped off sucks). Right now there is really high quality snow crab in town and we didnt get that from down and dirty. I dont care what the waitress says a single hollow snow crab cluster (small at that) does not weigh a pound.
