While staying in the hotel I ordered room service. The drink had very little whiskey and I asked for a twist of lemon and got lime. I asked for salt and extra catsup and got neither. I asked the person who brought my food where it was and her reply was we don’t have salt packets, just shakers. Mind you I’m staying in the hotel. If they trusted me with a glass and plate doesn’t it stand to reason I’m not leaving with the salt shaker?!? My request for more catsup was met with, I’ll see. Well I never saw or heard from her again! There is a 20% tip added in for room service so there is no incentive to make sure the patron is satisfied. What she didn’t know was I would have given her another few bucks had she got me what I asked for or communicated otherwise. The sliders and fries were pretty good for bar food and at least it wasn’t stone cold.
This is great! Atop a renovated hospital which is now a hotel, Apothecary is the place for the cutting edge cocktail sensation sweeping through the nation. With twists on favorites like the margarita, or perfections on classics like the Old Fashioned, this place does liquor right. Do yourself a favor and explore this menu. Ask questions! Ask flavor profiles! Feel the drinks! Oh, and the view is one of the best in the city. This place is a must!
Nice place with great views of the city and mountains. You take your chances with service – sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s not. Only bar food, but there are generous portions and it usually comes with an interesting culinary twist. Delicious cocktails. Go early to avoid the bar crowd and the wall to wall tvs.
A shame. I really wanted to like this place. Lousy service – the server never even came to out table. Finally one of our party went to the bar and got our drinks. We weren’t the only table getting this treatment either. The only redeeming thing about this place was the view. This place could be so much more if only someone cared.

Simultaneously the best spot in Albuquerque with the worst service. Pick up your game! Such incredible potential.
