My partner and I used to go to Yasmine's a lot. That was a long time ago. I believe they've changed ownership a couple of times since then. Years ago,…

My families favorite spot for Mediterranean Food. The food is really, good! The service is exceptional! The portions vs price is very fair. Not much else to say, but we drive by nearly a half dozen other Mediterranean places to hit this one up.Keep it up, just writing this review has given me the craving to return.
I like the chicken and the beef shawrmas. I also like their friday specials. It’s doesn’t take me much time as it’s easy accessed from the I-20 since I live in the NE.
I ordered the vegitarian platter 2 and it was delicious. Except for the spanakopita being very tough, the whole plate was excellent and very flavorful. I know nothing about the owners, old / new, I just really enjoyed my lunch.
I just came from there and i love the food
Used to like it! ate there since new ownership and it was horrible! the gyro had about half meat and the rest was replaced with lettuce (who puts lettuce in a gyro!)
Going since 2005, new owners SUCK. When I first came to Albuquerque in 2005 my grandmother (lebanese) took me to Yasmines. The food was the real deal, with a killer chicken shwarma sandwitch that exploded like a bomb in your mouth, and fresh tabouli. There also was fatoush and fataa and foul and the best falafel sandwitch around. Since 2005, they have changed owners THREE TIMES. The latest owners cut half the menu, the food is inconsistent at best (and I’ve gone at least ten times since the new owners, this is not a one or two time deal), they don’t make the falafel right!! (undercooked, not crispy on the outside), and they don’t chop the parsely and cilantro enough for the tabouli. All the lebanese foods are gone, it really shouldn’t be labeled middle eastern anymore. On top of the food being shoddy, the price is twice as high as it used to be. I don’t want to pay six bucks for a falafel sandwich. It’s too much.
Satisfy your Middle Eastern cravings here. Yasmines has delicious Middle Eastern fare. Chicken Shwarma, Gyros, Falafel, Dolmas; you cant go wrong. The only thing weve had and didnt like was the Spinach Pie. Yasmine’s isn’t as cheap as it once was, but its still worth every penny drexlermcstyles.tumblr.com
