Update: I come here almost every week now for a writing date. The breakfast burrito is great and always served piping hot, and the lattes are consistently good. But best of all, the staff is wonderful: friendly and unerringly polite. We didn’t expect much, ambience-wise, from this little spot. Tucked into a strip mall where Coal hits Yale, by a pinata shop, a laundromat, and a self-defense dojo, the location doesn’t inspire great confidence. But inside, the shop is beautifully finished, with comfy booths along the walls and a very pretty counter area.We each had a latte – Arne got plain, I got vanilla. They were warm and balanced and mild, really comforting and tasty. Mine had bits of vanilla bean in it, so I assume they used a homemade – or at least very high quality – syrup.I’m looking forward to visiting again for longer. There were at least several prominent plugs for laptops, and a breakfast menu cooked to order in a little kitchen behind the counter area. Greatness!. Duggan’s environment is mellow and lax. It’s a great place to stick around and relax in as well as get some work done. Great service and food.
Makes my laundry day!. I do my laundry next door and always treat myself to something delicious and handcrafted. Great food and snacks, espresso is amazing! The barista is always super friendly and remembered me right away and ask as about my running training and school every time, always genuinely interested. love this place!
Great neighborhood coffee shop. We ate breakfast there and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way for their customers (I observed while I was there). I would recommend this place.

Awesome new Coffee Shop. Spotted this little gem on my way to work today and decided to stop. So glad I did! Sincerely friendly barista, great food and drink and a really great atmosphere. This may just be favorite new coffee shop in town!
