I have been a patron many times to this outlet. Over a period of time I have experienced shockingly poor quality. Most recent egregious was a huge blob of fat and connective tissue in a breakfast burrito. Have had previous issues including hair in fruit. I work at UNMH with few choices for meal service. I resolve to not to patronize this food service again.
I work the UNMH hospital time to time I stop by Jersey Jacks Almost every time I have to deal with attitudes This time was no different except for this female at the cash register was acting like a girl from Westside stories dark eye makeup using curse words and talking about the night before how she had fun partying staying out all night I only have 30 minutes to eat when I asked about my order she rolled her eyes as if I was asking for a heart transplant or what have you very unprofessional so if you go to eat food here stay on top of your change your order and don’t pay attention to this gang member looking cash register girl good luck and from now on I’m choosing subway are golden pride which is walking distance good luck and beware of Jersey Jacks bad behavioral customer service ( – 5

Horrible Customer Service. This place is super convenient for people that work at or near UNMH, and the food is usually pretty good. The customer service is beyond horrible though. The staff always make it seem like the customer is an inconvenience, they are lazy, often times I have to wait a stupid long time to get my order, etc. It’s a shame that they take advantage of the fact that their convenient location provides their business for them. If they had to rely on their customer service to do business, they’d have been out of business a long, long time ago.
Manager has HORRIBLE customer service!!. I work at the University, and placed a call-in order at 10am for a faculty meeting, and requested the order be ready for pick up at 11:30. Not only was the order 20 minutes late, but the order was incorrect. The owner/manager had the audacity to try and make me pay a $2 difference for their mistake, and caused a scene in front of many other customers. Most food establishments would appologize for their mistake and offer to compensate in some way, instead of badgering their customers for a lousy $2.00!!!
