First of all, reviews that come off as unhinged rants tell me more about the person writing them than the place they are reviewing. That being said, I have been a regular weekly customer of Loyola’s for several years. The reason I keep coming back is the wonderful quality of the food (the best red chile in town, in my opinion), and the excellent service. The servers are among the best I’ve encountered. They treat their customers like family and I’ve never observed them being less than personable and friendly to anyone. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for high quality New Mexican food and top notch service!
