NOT Chinese. After hearing raves from many people here in Albuquerque, I was looking forward to trying this reasonably priced Chinese food. I was beyond disappointed. I can’t even compare this food to any other Chinese food because it would be like comparing Spam to a fine Virginia Ham. You can say that this is Chinese food and maybe Chinese people work there but this food is simply poor American canned and frozen food thrown into a take out container. In no way is this even the Americanized Chinese food we are accustomed to. Here is what I ate — brown rice, boiled not fried as stated on the menu, some flat fried thing calling itself Egg Foo Young, and a canned mix of vegetables (possibly from discount store), with miniscule shrimp. The Rangoon or dumplings contained some mysterious sausage-like substance and were overdone. So I can only assume that the people of Albuquerque have never had real Chinese food if this is what garners rave reviews. Never again.
