I would call Noodle King a hidden gem of Albuquerque, but I really don’t want to. I want every body to know about Noodle King and go there often so that they thrive and continue to make outstanding food. I fully believe Noodle King serves the best ramen in Albuquerque (and I’ve made it a mission to find spectacular ramen). The restaurant is lovely and clean, the service is polite and speedy, and the food is just outstanding. Great depth of flavor and fresh ingredients. All it’s missing are tons of patrons. I went there thinking it would just be convenient for a quick meal before a concert, and it ended up being a very happy discovery.
