Pathetic!!! Go to Azuma! Waited at least 40 minutes for sushi portions that, although decent in taste, were too small to be worth the cost. I am not one to complain in restaurants, but did raise the issues to both our server and the guy at the cash register. Neither made any effort to rectify the situation or make the experience better.Needless to say, I won’t be coming back – I’ll be going back to Azuma instead, where the sushi and service are always good!!
Dirty, bad sushi/salads. The place is really dirty. The stands that hold up the glass between you and the chef are coated with brown gunk. The sushi was the worst I have ever had. Super generic. The seaweed salad was like eating pieces of wood, never had a salad I couldn’t chew. People who rate this place highly have never had good sushi! I will never go back. Dirty, un-chewable, flavorless, and expensive to boot.,

ABSOLUTELY NOT!. Under no circumstances would I EVER solicit this restaurant!!!!!!!! We parked in their designated parking spot and had a beer at Kelly’s with friends intending on dining at Shogun. We we got to our car it was booted, so I went into the restaurant to talk to the owner……he did not seem to care that he lost 2 dinners….I won’t even talk about the FILTH this restaurant had and the 2 people that were there…..BIG mistake putting one dime in the pocket of an individual that would have rather have boot money over dining money….by the way Shogun-I happen to be a party planner and in the industry…..please know that I will advise ALL of my customers NOT to eat at your dumpster!
Not the best sushi but good enough. a fun spot, boats and free miso soup.
