Best Indian food in the south west and best service in Albuquerque. I love Indian food, and I lived in southern California where I had some great Indian food. This place is better. They make you feel like family. I love this place so much.

I’ve been eating at Taj Mahal for years. By far, the best Indian Restaurant in Albuquerque. Favorite is Chicken Tikka. Tandoori Chicken is quite good. Love their naan. The service is outstanding. I’ve never been dissatisfied.

Excellent experience time after time. Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Absolutely love this resturant.

I have gone there for 10 years. The food and service is excellent.Only key is to go BEFORE the crowd starts at lunch. The staff has the best attention to customers. Please keep it up and I’ll visit anytime in in the area…..like tomorrow!!!!

Boyfriend then I went there on a Monday…. it was new to us but he had heard it was good.We had chicken and lamb served on sizzling platters like fajitas. Both entrees were delicious, tender and flavorful,as was the garlic naan and basmati rice. I was hungry but still left with a doggy bag lol.Place is busy even for a Monday…smells good when you enter..tables could be larger..service is not bad…staff is friendly..we will return to enjoy again!

Don’t let the faded purple sign fool you. This place is wonderful. The first thing you’ll notice is the heavenly aroma of spices. Then you’ll be greated and seated promptly by friendly staff. The meals are delicious and servings are substantial.servicee is always prompt even the place is busy. The lunch buffet is great and just $10. But dinner is not to be missed because of the variety. Beer and wine are served too. We live nearby and dine here about once a month.
