Not sure what happened here. I used to like the food here as a healthy, good fasting choice. My last visit occurred last weekend. The service was poor, they added meat products, (why??) and the food was not as good as before. And ALL the lights were on. All. Not very relaxing.
Went here today for the first time and wow! I was surprised to see actual Thai people running it. Such a great menu, couldn’t decide what to get first! Great flavors and deffinately going to come back asap. Can’t wait to return
Disappointed. I have gone to the Osuna location multiple times and have been very happy. The Nob Hill location is large and pretty however, I was in a group of 10 and got my food 30 minutes after everyone else at my table. The food is always good but I was not offered any resolution for being the last person to get food. A discount or my meal for free would have been appropriate. I will not return to this location any time soon.
Loved the food! Not great service. I went a Friday night along with a friend. We were promptly greeted and taken to our table. The waitress took our drink order, came back fairly quick with it, but then never came back to take our order. We called another waitress, and she finally took our order. The order took some time to come in, but the I ordered the Pad Thai combo was great! The noodles were perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. The plate was well served along with a salad, whose dressing was delicious! My friend ordered a fish wrap. It was also very tasteful and of very good portion. The food overall was great. The service could use improvement, but if you don’t mind having to flag down your waitress every once in a while you will have a fantastic dinner.
Wonderful Food and Service. I’ve eaten at Thai Vegan Nob Hill about 5 or 6 times and I have always left very happy. Each time I’ve ordered something different (and I never hesitate to steal a bite from my friends’ and family’s plates) and the food has always been delicious. It’s rare for me to find a restaurant that is consistently good. And friendly service to boot? Heck, I think I’m in love with this place. I may ask TV to marry me on the next visit.
Service was not great. I went to Thai Vegan nob hill last Wednesday night with a group of five people. I had ordered the dinner combination yellow curry, and I wanted to make some modification to the dish by substituting with a soup. However, we had a waitress with braces that I believe was new because I have been to both locations of Thai Vegan, and I have never seen her before this time. While she was taking our order, she seemed really frustrated perhaps it was due to her language barrier, and she had a terrible attitude and not friendly because she probably felt like our order was too complicated. Also, we waited for a long time for our soup to arrive at the table, and she did not seem apologetic when she finally brought it to us. I am a regular customer, and I have never had any problems with the service prior to this incident. The food was good, but service also has to be good as well in order to create a good dining experience. If we return to Thai Vegan, we would go to the Osuna location.
Great service. I stumbled upon this restaurant because I was looking for something different and glad to know they’re open from 1-9 on sunday. I ordered spicy noodles with soy pepper steak . it was the lunch special that my waitress recommended and i was not disappointed! The food was excellent and the service great! i didn’t get her name but it said Sukanya on my ticket. I’ll be back with my friends thank you Thai vegan!!
