2 hour wait time. Finally get our food. One friend had waffles with apple and caramel sauce. It came out with thinly sliced raw(!) cold apples on top of some sub-par waffles with barely any caramel sauce. No sides. No garnish. My other friend got chicken and waffles. No sides and no garnish on plate, and the blue corn chicken looked like scrapple. <—LOOK IT UP. I got the blue corn waffles with pine nuts, 2 over easy eggs, and pork sausage. I took two bites of this purple sponge they call a waffle and that was it. No flavor. My sausage was good. My other friend got a monte cristo style waffle sandwich that was no better than out of a vending machine.60+ dollars for 4 gross meals.

Great resturaunt. The venue is a little small so if you see alot of cars, understand there will probably be a bit of wait. (Common sense) The staff was friendly and with service my party of 3 had no problems. Coffee was great if you order from their breve’ menu. Try the honey latte. Take your time to review the menu it’s quite detailed on what you can get, and you have the option of building your own.

The food was really outstanding!! The customer service was not the best. I would say the need to work on being a bit more welcoming (nice). There is a long wait but I would say its totally worth it.

I ordered a breve, it was nothing more than whole milk, and that’s being optimistic. The food was an hour wait, and really underwhelming. I really thought that despite the wait it would be amazing because it’s so busy, but that was not the case. We had three different orders and were all in agreement that it was not very good. I won’t go back.

Amazing food. Try the smoked salmon/basted eggs dish – you will absolutely not regret it.

Definitely a welcome change from the typical Albuquerque restaurants. Personally, I am a waffle snob, and I was very impressed with the waffles we had here. That being said, we waited over an hour to order and two get our food, simply because they were busy; which is good for business, and it’s a very small operation. They also need to rethink their water station… It tasted like a fish tank, and the iced tea was empty the entire time we were there. I’d recommend checking it out for its unique food, but there’s definitely room for service improvement and the available drink situation.08 Mar, 2015Waffle Benitos. Very good! It’s like a waffle eggs Benedict.

Not worth it. Arrived at noon today. Received our food at 2. Waffles were dry; the eggs, cheese, chile and sausage somewhat redeemed the meal. Was gone by 2:15. Not sure we’ll go back.
