Authentic and Good. Been wanting to try this place, so hubby and I went last night for dinner. The man who helped us was the owner. He told us he was born and raised in NY and the menu was the exact same from what it was when they had a place there (which I love). I got the burger deal, and Jared got the reuben. Burger was so good… I do not like gourmet, specialty burgers… I like classic, all american burgers.. This was exactly that with a little bit of green chili for some NM flavor 🙂 Jared got a reuben and it was so tasty. Some of the beset thousand island dressing I have ever tasted. I kind of sold out by getting a burger, so we will definitely be returning so that I can try some traditional sandwiches. Great local spot!
Authentic East Coast Flavor and Style to this Deli. I am originally from MD and NY and let me just say, this place is the real deal. I love it. If you want a REAL SUB, come here. The cheesecake is also legit.
Awesome!!!!. Finally got to try this place out. Owner is from our neck of the woods and the food is something you can only get from back in the NJ/NY area. My husband got the Reuben and LOVED it. I got the Italian Combo and it rocked!! It was spicy and filling and was like being home!!! The service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. It’s far from where we live but we will be back! Worth the drive for sure!!! Oh yeah, got cannolis to take home. 🙂
Best Sandwhich Shop in Burque!. Awesome place, awesome food, awesome people! Everything i have eaten here is delicious, prices are fair and portions are big. Service is great and staff is very friendly, i try to eat here as often as i can!

The best in ABQ.. I do not live in ABQ. I live far to the West. Whenever I am in the city, I make it a point to stop here. The owners are very friendly. Their Friday steak sandwich special looks awesome. I’ve never gotten anything bad here. What draws me here, however, is the Italian Combo Specialty Sandwich! I am from the East Coast and ate Italian hoagies my whole life before coming to New Mexico. Frankly, I would put the Italian hoagies I regularly get here up against any I got on the East Coast. Given the quality of food in New Mexico, that is saying something.PS I love The Man Lunch review.
