As usual, fine dining and attentive service in an elegent, yet casual, friendly atmosphere. It ticks all the boxes.. Well prepared, interesting food. Decent serving sizes. Scallops are a highlight for us. Wide ranging wine list. Service that is attentive without being cloyingly intrusive. As good as it gets.

Excellent food great service. Almost 2 dozen mussels in the appetizer! Very tasty. Great service.

Drenched in a not so great sauce, blue cheese mash was over powering.14 Jun, 2014Food was just average, knowledge of table staff was mediocre. While our server was polite, she was not very friendly or attentive leaving us to go unnoticed for long periods of time. Overall, not a great experience. Would not go back.

I haven’t passed final judgement but so far…meh. This is re: the Cellar Bar. I’ll reserve full judgement until I eat upstairs. The Cellar Bar has a nice hidey-hole kind of feel when you first enter. It’s dark; you’re eyes take a moment to adjust to the pleasing ambiance. I ordered a martini on the rocks and was rewarded with a very generous martini. Worth the $9.50. We received our bar menus and asked for the restaurant menu. I was somewhat appointed with the limited bar menu. We tried the SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP. Absolutely not impressed. Next was ONION SOUP GRATINE $7Topped with a toasted baguette and melted layers of gruyere and fontina cheeses … cheese was bland. I’ve made better. The next was a ceviche with 2 oysters on the half shell. My friend’s oyster was fine. Mine was off. I have experience in raw seafood and this was disappointing. The ceviche, marinated in citrus, was so bland. I could barely taste the citrus. It’s like they rinsed the seafood off before it was presented. Well, we stopped there. I’ll give the place another try but , as they say….first impressions count!

Great food and service. Had a wonderful meal here. Duck egg rolls are fabulous. Could even be an entree for me. Service was ver friendly and quick.

Food was good, service was great. We wanted cozy & romantic but tables were too close to each other & noise level of everyone talking was too loud. Would go again tho.

Instant potatoes’. Took my Valentine to diner at the Zinc Bar looking for Atmosphere, Drinks and Dinner after the show. Everything was wonderful and my only complaint was on a $32 plate had very small portions and instant mash potatoes’. Wasn’t impressed.
