Delicious dinner with family at Season’s (Old Town) on the rooftop. I had my favorite drink, the red Sangria (my favorite because they make it right, and dust it with cinnamon) and tried the Oak Grilled Cauliflower steak with rotisserie roasted rainbow carrots, cashew & toasted coconut lentils, carrot coulis & basil oil. Amazing. Still trying to figure out how to make that coulis and those lentils. No idea who the guitar player was, but his music was fantastic (a little Tom Petty, Neil Young, etc.)
The hostess, the waiters and the atmosphere was wonderful! But the food was bad and extremely overpriced. I had the lamb rack entree which looked better plated. I would’ve preferred some pork ribs from Rudy’s for half the cost and much better taste. My husband had the tenderloin, which taste a lot better at Texas Roadhouse and again for half the cost.
