Went to the one located at 110 Wyoming Blvd NE last evening. The staff was very nice and the dining area was clean. Had the Double Teriyaki Chicken with vegetables. All of the food was fresh, prepared & presented well, and it tasted delicious! Great price point for the amount of food you get too. I highly recommend!
Worst food preparation ever. Went in and ordered Teriyaki Chicken with Noodles. Terrible chicken (dry and tasteless). The noodles were so salty that I somehow just manage to eat the chicken pieces and the soggy veggies (I was terribly hungry) and had to throw away the noodles. When I asked for some hot sauce (since the food was tasteless) I had to pay extra for the hot sauce. All they had sitting on the side table was a couple of bottles of soy sauce and sweet and sour.Save the $7 and go for the Subway instead.
Poor service. Poorest customer service exoerience ever! I asked for a single to go box for my sides and they insisted I pay for a whole new meal to get a plate! Even the manager was called and stated that a single box could throw off their inventory… that 3 cents you saved lost my business for life! I would pay people to not go to this restaurant because of the penny pinching management…
