During our visit to Albuquerque Vinaigrette was our favorite place to eat. The food was very good and light on the stomach. It was very fresh and flavorful and we enjoyed the setting. I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic evening but it was perfect for a quick and relaxing lunch. Also, our arrival was perfectly timed because we got there just before the people piled in for lunch. We ate out about 7 times and Vinaigrette was the only place we really liked and definitely the only place worth going to again. I’m sure there are other good places to eat but unfortunately we didn’t find them on our short visit
The two or three times that I’ve been here have been very enjoyable. I had a salad each time, and was very happy with the taste, portion, and price. I always customize my selection, and they have always been accommodating and accurate. The waitstaff is pretty good as well. The bathrooms have always been presentable, which can always be a bit iffy anywhere on Central.
This is an awesome concept and I wish it had been executed better. Love the idea of a fresh interesting salad menu. The prices are on the high end but the price of adding tofu is ridiculous. It’s about $12 average for a salad but adding grilled tofu is $6. That’s insane! It’s tofu! Is it marinated in gold?! They have reasonable chicken salads for $12, why not a reasonable vegetarian protein salad for the same? The atmosphere is cool and trendy. The waitress was cold and pretentious and didn’t come around much. The price of food (especially veg protein) plus uninterested waitress means they lost a potential customer. Let’s see if they can work harder and fix their issues for a potentially great restaurant.
