The worst service I’ve ever seen on multiple occasions. Once had my food forgotten, although the other 3 in my party received theirs. On my last trip, our waiter forgot our drink orders 3 different times. Also couldn’t figure out how to work the iPad for our checks. The only reasons this place is in business is the decent pizza and booze (if it comes) and the lack of competition.
Service was slow. Pizza ok. Beer was good balance to mediocre pizza, but nothing to write home about. Due to limited options in area I would probably visit again.
The brewery is not what it used to be, and it’s getting worse.. Their prices are steadily climbing and the service is declining exponentially. We made a reservation for a special event 3 weeks ago and received a phone call a couple days before saying they had us down for the wrong date. So we reserved our place again only to be turned away on the day of our reservation because they had again put us down for the wrong date. Not only the wrong date, but at a time that they weren’t even open. The manager’s excuse? She wasn’t there on the day we made the reservation the second time. I’ve heard of bad customer service experiences, but this is ridiculous.
Love it. The food was the best ever and also the hostess I noticed worked the most out of anyone. I found that a little odd. The hostess is supposed to be presenting the customers to their tables but instead she was too busy working. I find that very odd.
Regulars. The first time I tried the Brewery, the food was fantastic, the atmosphere was wonderful and don’t get me started on the cupcakes!! This is now our Go To place for a nice evening with good beer and great food. The pizzas are small so we usually order one each and then take one to go. It has become impossible to find good restaurants in this area. The brewery has an awesome college town feel! We Love it!
Yummy food terrible wait. Took a lunch date with a friend who’d been before and I was pleased. The food was good, that’s no question, but the wait is terrible! Yeah it’s fresh and local, but the wait was too long and there isn’t much to the place itself to spark any interest. It was quiet and minimalist and informal. I would go again.
After waiting for an hour and a half for a table on a Wednesday it took 30 minutes to get beers and appetizers after we ordered with the waitress. No telling were our food is right now but walked to the bathroom that passes by the kitchen and no one was cooking anything, just smoking out back and screwing off on their cell phones. This place sucks an area Jenna Jamason won’t go. Don’t waste your time!
