Really solid BBQ, not far from the highway. I love the hacked horse trailer, built into what I guess was a gas station. My brisket was succulent and had a nice smoke ring. I liked the sauce–served on the side, and not sweet.
Get away from the chains and big box type restaurants, and take in the great wood burning smells and tastes of real southern barbeque! Generous portions make for good value, and the taste is fantastic! Highly recommended!
