Awhhh. Amazing atmosphere. Incredible food. We had the lobster and crap chili relleno as an appetizer, beet salad and asparagus soup. I had the tenderloins and my husband had the lamb. Everything was exquisite. For a real treat order a cappuccino and the Adobe Brick ice cream dessert. Oh my!!!! Perfection. Sean was our waiter. Ask for him!!! Great. Highly recommend!!

Went for Easter Brunch, we were pleasantly surprised by not only the creative and thoughtful menu, but also the excellent execution of the meal. Big portions, good drinks, and superb service. Will be back for dinner sometime.

Group Dinner Out. Having read that the Prairie Star was an exceptional dining experience, our dining group of 27 arranged to eat there utilizing a Prix fixed 3 course meal – and we weren’t disappointed at all. The Sommelier was very interestring, warm, welcoming, and funny. For the first course, our group primarily ordered the Salad – Estancia Tomatoes, Sesame Cracker, Toasted Pine Nuts, Anchovy-Garlic Vinaigrette, while an adventurous few ordered the Roasted Poblano Leek Soup. The entree choices were: Pecan Dusted Grilled Salmon, Niman Ranch Sirloin, Smoked Chipolte Chicken, or a Vegetarian Dish – Quinoa Stuffed Acorn Squash. This group primarily chose the Salmon and Sirloin, but all 4 items were ordered and every one praised their choice! 2 items were provided for desert, but most of the diners took their deserts home. We had a fantastic dining experience.

Impressed by wine selection, service. Food was very good. We were there on a busy night AND while a wedding/reception were going on and the staff didn’t miss a beat….treated us soooo well. Big tip.

Wasn’t happy with service (at all). I took my wife there for her bday and invited 8 friends who also joined us. Large bill lots of drinks and apps with a nice gratuity added. The server was not polite and almost act annoyed with us . Not sure I would go back after that experience, which is too bad because we were all locals
