We had brisket and enjoyed it. Different from previous Mexican food vittles before the move to BBQ, but the meat was satisfying and grew on me — the style I mean; in the rather opulent context of the hotel. We come here 1-2 times a year to stay the weekend (recommended) and this was the first we’ve experienced BBQ here. Much obliged.
