Very disappointed in their Mother’s Day brunch. Quite overpriced. Expect gourmet – quality at $59/plate. Sysco-mediocre type food. Poorly prepared, poorly presented. If you love Mom, not recommended.
Anniversary Celebration. We went here because it offered outdoor dining and ambiance that is not common here in ABQ. We went on a Friday evening and chose the Prime Rib Buffet. Everything we had was EXCELLENT and with the live music and beautiful surroundings it made a perfect celebration. The Bread Pudding with Chocolate Bourbon Sauce was, WOW!
The hatch chili strips were awesome, and the flatbread appetizer was the benchmark for everything we ate the next day.
Overrated. The resort is wonderful. This restaurant not so much. We tried everything they had to offer during our stay and they were almost universally plain and blah. Considering the prices it was sad… The ambiance is outstanding, and if you are at the resort and don’t want to drive into Albuquerque you are kind of a captive audience so they know that and it is incredibly mediocre. I say unless you are stranded, head into town and get something better.
Chicken Tortilla Soup-awesome!20 Oct, 2011Here for meeting : food specials were good. Nate mgr. Did a great job. Service good.
Good staff, decent coffee, the rest is a mixed bag of mediocre and overpriced fare. The sopes, Cobb salad, and flatbread were the only things we found that we could reccomend. The bar food was much worse! The nachos were a AAA baseball game’s velveeta gut bomb.
Beautiful dining area – including a patio with great views of the New Mexican landscape. Very friendly waitstaff that are very accommodating at all times. The chicken and avocado panini is a revelation, as is the roasted chicken tortilla soup and homemade green chile rolls. Hit this place up – you won’t be disappointed.
