Best Chef in Town. Where ever Kim goes, I make of point of being there. Her food truck is great fun for a summer evening or lunch in Nob Hill; the pulled pork is to die for. I have had her cater numerous events including a cooking class. Everyone loves her and she shares her recipes. She only uses fresh local foods and everything is tasty and creative. Love her.
Awesome food!. Kim Calvo has parked at our office on several occasions and also catered our christmas party and the food was exceptional!! Highly recommended, very professional and clean!
Seriously Un-Truck Cuisine!. Damn…this is fine dining from a truck! Blue Fin tuna, beef stroganoff, shrimp poboys straight out of Louisiana. Great food, great laughs with the service. Can’t recommend enough and just wish they were parked at Talin Market more often than just Wednesdays!
Gourmet to go. Not your average food truck. I absolutely love the delicious, healthy food prepared by chef Kim. A fantastic alternative to fast food. My fianc and I are planning on using the seasonal palate catering services for our upcoming wedding.
Best Food Truck in ABQ. You just can’t go wrong, Kim makes the best, fresh, often locally sourced food around. What a truck! I love her vegetarian options and the pricing is SO very reasonable. She tweets daily locations at http://www.theseasonalpalate.com. What a nice additional to ABQ’s food scene.
An Elegant Wedding Weekend. We were fortunate to engage Chef Kim Calvo of the Seasonal Palate for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Both events were fantastic! Chef Kim provided full service menu planning, coordination with other vendors (table service, chairs, napkins, etc.), excellent service staff and all within our budget. We specifically requested local ingredients and dishes with a taste of New Mexico. That is Kims passion too! There were many beautiful and delicious options for appetizers, entrees and desserts. Our candlelit rehearsal dinner included an incredible menu and fantastic service. Our guests were delighted as Chef Kim introduced each course. We had guests from different parts of the country and they still rave about the food at both events. And maybe best of all, Kim made sure we enjoyed our wedding weekend with no worries.
