I have been here a few times. The menu changes a lot. there are always new specials and new variations on the actual menu. For the most part the food is very good. Sometimes there is an amazing dish and one that isn’t as good. There have been such an incredible amount of different dishes in all the times I’ve been there. The misses are not a surprise. It is a surprise how few of them there are however. One constant is weakness in the wait staff. The server with the ponytail has been delightful. We have had less than positive experiences with the odd hostess and the man who acts like a wine snob. Go there to eat and get great wine it’s the best in Santa Fe. Don t worry about the wine snob guy
