The onion rings were amazing! (Picture was not actual size.. They were almost demolished at that point) They could use a better dipping sauce than ketchup.. But they were tasty.. The chicken sandwich was very good with green chilis, could have used more or a stronger sauce maybe? Overall it was very good.. So were the fries.. Which there were a ton of!
A friend and I ate at Renato’s for lunch last Thursday. It was wonderful. The host was gracious and the ambience perfect for a quiet, conversational lunch. I had a meatball sandwich with craisin coleslaw. The slaw was really amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for superior food and classy atmosphere.Cam Kattell
Good, Fresh, Italian. We really enjoyed our meal: the pasta was al dente, prepared fresh, the food was good and hot, the prices reasonable. The atmosphere charming but casual, the art by Abby and Dean inspiring.
Enjoy my dinning experience at Cafe Renato. Really enjoyed my meal and the service was excellent… only wish the wine list was a longer list… I will surely come back!
Visited this quaint little caffe for a hot drink on a cold rainy afternoon. Great service and delicious hot chocolate! Highly recommend !
Caffe Renato. This is a great little restaurant that is charming with wonderful food. Family -run and kid friendly, this slightly hidden caffe is a place that you cannot pass up during a stay in Taos. They have a wide selection of pastas, salads and fresh sandwiches for a variety of palates. The wait staff is friendly and eager to please. The chefs, both coming from a line of Italian chefs, are also very friendly and talented people.
The food was excellent and the service was very attentive. Everything on the menu is under 20 dollars.
