Did not stick around. No acknowledgment when I arrived. I will say the barista was helping a guy with directions. Cash/check only. Wasn’t worth my time if the staff will not even say hello.
Mediocre at best. Maybe we were just unlucky. The (barely civil) barista seemed to think that she was good because she had been doing it for a long time. I think not, so maybe it’s time to go back to basics. Our lattes were lukewarm and watery. Perhaps I’m picky because I live in the Northwest, where I pay much less for a much better coffee (although I did get a pretty good cappuccino at Albuquerque airport.)Taos is a tourist town, so I suppose the place doesn’t worry too much about repeat business–I certainly will not be going back!The decor and the location are nice though.
